The Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) in Bangkok was inaugurated on 22 September 2009 by Hon'ble Dr. Karan Singh, President of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), New Delhi. H.E. Mr. Teera Slukpetch, Minister of Culture of the Royal Thai Government was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
The ICC is headed by Smt. Renuka Narayanan and works under the aegis of ICCR. The Centre is located at the 27th and 28th Floor of Jamine City Building, Sukhumvit Soi 23, Bangkok.
The Indian Cultural Centre will organize cultural evenings, paintings and photographic exhibition, seminars and other Indian art and culture related activities. The Indian Cultural Centre also conducts yoga, sitar and dance classes by trained experts and artistes.
